Ex-Fox Mutimer set for debut in Western Derby

Friday 28 April 2017

Our very own ex-Foxes and West Coast player Kurt Mutimer will play his first senior game as one of three inclusions for the Eagles this weekend after the midfielder was chosen to make his debut for the club in Saturday night's Western Derby.

Kurt earned his inclusion with an outstanding performance for East Perth at the weekend with 30 disposals (21 contested), nine inside 50s, 10 tackles and a goal.  Kurt is a strong-bodied midfielder with a penetrating left foot and has averaged 25 disposals, six tackles and four marks in the WAFL and has booted three goals - in five games this year.

The 184cm midfielder was recruited by West Coast with Pick 57 in the 2015 AFL National Draft and has played predominantly in the midfield for East Perth with short stints across half back.

Good luck to Kurt (and family) - we at the Foxes wish you well in your first game!
